International Prescription, Dental, Vision, Chiropractic and Hearing

NO! In keeping with the beliefs of self-pay patients, this is a Fee-For-Service plan.  This means there are NO deductibles, NO co-pays, NO pre-existing exclusions, NO limits on services.  You simply pay at the time of service.  This works very similarly to your Christian Healthcare Ministries membership, but you DO NOT submit your receipts for sharing.  (see CHM sharing guidelines for exceptions on initial 90 days of certain medications).

Christian Healthcare Ministries does not share in the cost of medications, except where indicated in their sharing guidelines.  Regardless of whether the expense is shareable or not, you are still responsible for finding the best possible price.  If you have questions as to whether your prescriptions are a shareable expense, you should contact  them directly or call 800-791-6225 for assistance.

Yes. A medical practitioner must have prescribed all medications ordered from us. To provide us with your prescriptions, either send or fax us a copy of the original prescription, or you can send a copy/picture of the pill bottle’s label or send us your detailed pharmacy receipt/invoice.

You can begin using your Members Wellness Membership for International mail order services immediately upon signing up. (Your will receive your information packet with your cards in the next 7 to 10 days.

You have options of: Bank Draft to Checking or Savings Accounts; Credit Cards – VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, you may use debit cards with a VISA or MASTERCARD logo.

All the drugs are from USFDA approved pharmacies. Generic medications are just as safe and effective as their brand-name equivalents. Due to USFDA regulations, generic medications are the same Ingredient as the original brand name drug, simply made by another company.

We all know that generic medications offer safe, high-quality medicine at a fraction of the cost of a brand-name drug. In fact, once a generic medication hits the market, prices tend to fall by 60-80%. The problem is that many other drugs we rely on today are not yet available generically in the U.S. The good news is that this is not the case in other countries! India sells the exact same brand name drugs; they just have a different economy of scale so everything is far less expensive.

Members Wellness is compatible with all Medicare D plans or Advantage plans.  Just compare your prescription price with our simple, easy to use look up pricing for home delivery and if Members Wellness is less expensive, order from us. You can use this if you opted out of Part D.  You can create a plan to use Part D for every day, low-price medications to make sure you don’t reach your “Donut Hole”, and use this for more expensive meds. You can use this if you’ve already reached your “Donut Hole” and are paying out-of-pocket.  You can use it if you have a new medication not on your Part D formulary.  

Pre-covid, all orders were delivered in approximately 2 weeks from receipt of your prescriptions.  We now ask that you ensure you have enough medications on hand to wait 3-4 weeks for your initial shipment.  After that, timely ordering when sent a reminder will ensure that you don’t run out.

Benefits are available for all family members, your spouse or significant other, unmarried dependent children under age 18, residing at your home, and unmarried college students to age 26. Everyone can use the card and save.

You cannot order narcotic medications through International Mail Order.  You can use your CHMRx card through the US Mail Order pharmacies and our walk-In network pharmacies for controlled substances.
